Lilt is cool!

I first bough this game on WiiWare and loved it! When I saw it was availible for the IPhone I bough it right away. I cant understand the bad ratings! The controls are tight, the music is great. Whoever says the tracks are to short has not tried to finish the levels on perfect! I did that on WiiWare and must say that 2 minutes can be very long :P It would be great to see a 2nd game like this! I would even buy a full version if it had enough levels and a little more details! Buy this game! It is worth the money! For best sound quality use some good headphones!

Really near game with cool music.

I would and have recommended this game to others.

Definitely something different.

If youre even remotely a fan of dubstep or electronic music in general, youll love this game just for the soundtrack/beat keeping aspect alone. Add in the unique visuals, simple controls, and crazy tracks, and you have yourself one entertaining experience.

Awesome

But one problem, I cant seem to find my app on my iPod after that last update ! (sigh, gotta check on iTunes on my comp then)

Baaaad music

Geez the music is bad especially dirt shirt. The game itself also lacks A LOT of variety all you do is move and touch the screen please make powerups more interesting level designs and better maybe even ACTUAL songs by real people and not a person with parkinsons on the electric piano

I want moar!!

Loving this game. Great concept. Hope to see more!!!!! (the music is Dubstep. If you dont like electronic music this might not be for you)

Great game!

Filthy dubstep and great gameplay. Winning combination.

SCOOP!

That is all.

Different

Its a pretty fun game and a different take on rythm games. the music really draws you in but the asthetics are quite basic and get a bit stale. Other than that its neato. SCOOP!

A bit pricey, but the sound is MASSIVE!!!

Im looking forward for updates that will contain more tunes - maybe from other dubstep producers.

This is a great game, but controls are difficult...

I had this game on the wii, and its waaaay too much fun

Awful

Lousy controls timed to poorly synced levels with terrible dubstep

Great!

Fantastic game for happy mutants. Great gameplay and good music. Trance like visuals...mhhhh. Buy it!

Ahhhhhh

I thought it was free!!!!! But it wasnt!!! I wasted 3 bucks that i could of spend on 3 better apps!!!! NOOOO

Its like taking the fun kind of drugs

I love the up-to-perfect scoring. Its kind of like Amplitude had a love child with LineRider. I saw the review on appvee.

Great game!!!!

Best app in the appstore!! No lie. This is a entirly new and intovative concept that you will love! Great fun. Great music (and you control the beat). Def try it out!!

Update

Make an update for more lvls I beat it in less than half an hour

Great original idea and execution!

As someone who plays a lot of music games, I blasted through all the available content quite quickly. I do, however, still find myself playing lilt line pretty often and its still as fun as when I first tried it out. Great music, great idea for a game, great execution. Cant wait for future updates or a sequel!

Entertaining concept may be too unique for some

Many of you are familiar with the Tap Tap Dance and Tap Tap Revenge games which involve tapping dots at the right moment to coincide with the beats of music. Lilt Line takes that a bit further by combining it with rhythm racing. The concept is an interesting one, and the execution is rather creative. Whether or not it appeals to you is another issue. Lilt Line consists of a training course and ten color-blazing mazes with names such as Life Bike, Right Over, Dirt Shirt, and Sprint Dust. Training is the only unlocked maze, and you’ll need to successfully complete a maze to unlock the next. Scoring is a little unorthodox in that you begin with a maximum score, which is decreased each time when a maze wall or white bar is hit. A local scoreboard keeps track of scores by level. A unique aspect of Lilt Line is that the unique music consisting of a mix of Russian and retro tunes begins slightly low and distorted in volume. The further the white line travels without interference, the music improves in sound quality. Using tilt, you maneuver a white line through each of the mazes. The hitch of course is that white bars stand in your way, and tapping just as the white line reaches them will clear them out. The initial levels are rather simple, but they get progressively more difficult as more white bars are added. In general, the tilt controls are spot on with a slight tilt being all that is required. The tapping does take getting used to, but the game is very responsive. And, the replayability comes from trying to minimize scoring losses. Lilt Line uses a minimalist approach in everything from the menu to the gameplay screens. What the game lacks is a more polished menu system, and hopefully more levels and songs are added in the future. I really like the concept of Lilt Line, and if you want to try something different, this should be on your list. But, the game’s uniqueness may also be its limitation.
